By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Billing: All services are offered on a recurring subscription basis (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly).
Payment Processors: Payments are processed securely via Donorbox, which integrates with Stripe (for credit/debit cards) and PayPal.
Automatic Access: Access to the workflows and onboarding instructions is granted automatically via email immediately after a successful transaction.
Legal Entity: All charges will appear on your statement under HamzadrEcomme LLC or BUYWORKFLOWS.
Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial activation.
Refund Policy: After the initial 7 days, subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please use your customer dashboard or contact us at contact@buyworkflows.shop.
Ownership: All workflows, code, and agent configurations provided are the intellectual property of HamzadrEcomme LLC.
License: Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the workflows for your personal or business use.
Prohibitions: You may not resell, redistribute, or provide access to these workflows to third parties without prior written consent from HamzadrEcomme LLC.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without a refund if:
The service is used for illegal activities or spam.
Account sharing is detected.
There is an attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary workflows.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, our services depend on third-party APIs (such as OpenAI, Meta/WhatsApp, and hosting providers). HamzadrEcomme LLC is not responsible for interruptions caused by these external providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HamzadrEcomme LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
