1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. This is to ensure you have enough time to test the efficiency of our AI agents and workflows within your business environment.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial payment/activation.

  • The service or workflow has not been misused or used for prohibited activities as outlined in our Terms of Service.

  • You must provide a brief explanation of why the workflow did not meet your expectations (to help us improve).

3. Non-Eligible Cases

HamzadrEcomme LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

  • The request is made after the 7-day guarantee period has expired.

  • Detection of account sharing, reselling our workflows without authorization, or other forms of abuse.

  • If the user has violated any part of our Terms and Conditions.

  • Recurring monthly subscription renewals (Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle).

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to contact@buyworkflows.shop.

  2. Subject Line: Refund Request – [Your Order Number/Email].

  3. Include your payment email address and the specific workflow you subscribed to.

5. Refund Processing & Payment Methods

  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Payment Method: All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout (either Stripe or PayPal) via our processor Donorbox.

  • Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the workflows until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
